Apply now A leading US law firm with offices based in London is seeking a highly qualified Senior Real Estate Finance Associate who has 6-8 years. PQE. The practice has expanded at an aggressive yet sustainable pace over the last year and are still extremely busy, hence the need for an additional hire.As part of the real estate finance team you will be responsible for advising on all aspects of financing complex investments and projects. These transactions will often be multi-lender and multi-jurisdictional and involve inter-creditor issues.Ideally you will have extensive experience in advising on a range of domestic and international real estate finance transactions, in all sectors of the market including investment, development, whole loan, mezzanine, shariah and other structured financing.
