Apply now Our client an established Quality Service and used vehicle dealership based in Chippenham Wiltshire is looking for a Service Advisor to join their professional team. Salary: £22,000 per anum + Bonus Working hours: 45 hours hour per week, Monday - Friday 0700 - 1700 or 0800-1800 and working 1 in 2/3 Saturday mornings on a rota basis. As a Service Advisor you will be required to: Manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealershipQualify service needsEstablish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried outTo calculate workshop capacity ensuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading systemTo manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.Explain the work carried out on the vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisationliaise with department manager's regarding customer queriesUnderstand and adhere to Brand service requirementsMaintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealershipTo maintain product knowledge on the full range.
