This team and this site continue to build on their local reputation for providing first class service to customers and business partners alike. As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for: Meeting and greeting customersAccurately recording vehicle detailsHelp oversee workshop loadingMaximising service sales and profitabilityTo provide effective day to day workshop administration from job cards to invoicingProviding outstanding customer service Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or Aftersales Advisor. We would be very interested in applicants that are currently working in a franchise car dealership and might have used the Kerridge Dealer Management System. In return for your commitment and hard work, you will receive a starting salary of £20,000, along with competitive on target earnings of over £24,500. Working hard comes with the reward of a fun environment with various incentives. You will benefit from monthly target related bonuses as well as commission for upselling certain products.
