Apply now Our Client A highly successful and well established business based in Henley is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role The primary responsibility for this role is to be the face of the service and parts department within the business, you will handle paperwork, invoices and use a number of systems to obtain data. Other responsibilities will include: Welcome customers Complete job cards in regards to recalls, part bookings and service updates Advise on products and order parts Answer incoming calls from dealerships and handle queries Gather feedback About You A general passion of the Automotive industry Experience in a customer service role Be able to organise and prioritise workloadExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenIT literate The Package A competitive salary depending on experience Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm + every other Saturday 8am-12.30pm
