Their service department covers the whole of the UK and Ireland, but engineers look after smaller areas. We are looking for a flexible and dedicated Service Engineer. You must be multi-skilled, ideally with an electrical bias, with knowledge of electrical, electronics, PLC, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics. Covering an area within a 1 hour radius of Sheffield, you will be flexible towards overtime and overnight stays if needed, though out of hours and weekend work will be very rare. You will either hold at least a HNC/ONC in Electrical Engineering, or will have served an apprenticeship in a relevant discipline. IT literacy is also important for this role. Overtime is paid at time and a third, and most engineers will take home between £32,000 and £35,000. A company van and fuel card will be provided.
