Apply now RH Commercial Vehicles are seeking a new Service Manager for our newly acquired Northampton depot. Job Description As the Service Manager you will be responsible for the management of the Northampton depot, delivering outstanding levels of customer service, achieving depot budget and Renault dealership standards. Responsibilities and Duties Manage and develop all members of the team to achieve depot targets, both quarterly and annually.Manage the depot resources to ensure all customer servicing requirements are met.Develop and grow the depots aftermarket business.Ensure that all relevant health and safety standards are complied with and agreed actions plans delivered in a timely fashion.Ensure compliance with all Renault standards, policies and procedures.Knowledge of VOSA requirements.An understanding of Operators licence laws and regulations.Warranty and contract scope and procedures.Knowledge of workshop KPI's. Qualification and Skills Previous dealership experience required.Ability to deliver consistent revenue whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service and quality of work.Experience of the HGV sector preferred but not essential.Good organisational skills, an ability to be re-active and flexible when required.An excellent communicator.A positive, can do attitude, the ability to foster a strong team ethic.
