Apply now We are looking for a Service Manager in Leeds, West Yorkshire, to bring their expertise in Learning Disabilities Management to work with our passionate client. This position is an easy commute from Bradford (25 mins), Wakefield (25 mins), Garforth (23 mins), and Halifax (38 mins). As a Service Manager you will be there to support the business throughout several key areas. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring everyone our client supports get all the assessments they need to ensure quality care and creating quarterly reports;Growing the business's relationships within Leeds, as well as with the clients (and their families), and industry specialists;Providing feedback to the people you are managing, focusing on a proactive and positive approach, with care at the heart of everything you do;To check and enforce all regulatory demands so that our client can continue to be proud of their excellent service. If you have your Level 5 in Health and Social Care- Or you level 3 and a desire to grow and expand your knowledge, we would love to hear from you. What is the pay, and what hours will I work? You could be making up to £25,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and level of experience as a manager. Mostly the work will be office hours, however we are looking for flexible people who are prepared to work shift hours to support their team when needed.
