Due to continued growth, they are looking for several dynamic & aspirational characters to become a part of their Engineering Team Management structure. Role & Responsibilities:*Carry out supervision and management of a diverse team of engineering & technical staff*Proactively development your team members, assist with skills improvements, appraisals, mentoring, personal KPi monitoring and be the inspirational influencer *Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvements & process improvements culture*Allocate workload, prioritise maintenance schedules, PPM planning & scheduling*Lead from the front and be hands-on alongside the team assisting with any maintenance issues, fault finding & project managements*Be responsible for health & safety, site compliance, contractor management & product quality*Reporting and monitoring of data for automation and maintenance activities & improvementsKnowledge, Skills & Experience:*Must have management experience within an autonomous FMCG environment*Happy to be hands-on, part of the team and lead from the front *Understanding of automated production, picking & storage systems and robotics*Must be all about team performance, developing people & guiding their career paths*Ideally be HNC level qualified with a time-served apprenticeship *Good organisational & communication skills to delegate to team members*Must have a good technical ability relating to automation hardware & software*Knowledge of Health & Safety, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvements & site compliance, daily reporting & monitoring of data*Flexible to working rotating shifts within a set 24/7 shift rotaShifts & Benefits Package:*Shift:-12 Hour Shifts - Set Rotating Panama Pattern, Days & Nights (Every Other Weekend Off)*Salary:- £45,000 + Overtime *Benefits:- Private Pension, Life Assurance, Private Medical, Discounted Products, Shift Engineering Team Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Shift Maintenance Manager, Senior Engineer, Automation Manager, Chief Engineer, Engineering Site Manager, Team ManagerJob Reference No: E7227Suitable candidates should apply immediately by calling our Managing Consultant for this vacancy - Hannah Arnold on or by sending your CV directly to him at
