Apply now We are supporting an exciting opportunity for a Shopping Centre Manager to lead and deliver all aspects for a successful Shopping Centre in Caerphilly. This key position will lead all aspects of delivery for the scheme including: - Driving high standards of Customer Service / Quality across all areasEnsure operational quality in all areas (security/cleaning/customer services/ FM)Engagement with key stakeholders and town centre partnersFull Service Charge/Budget management, reporting & deliveryLead and manage all retailer engagement, relationships and communicationManagement of commercial officeClose liaison with Lead Surveyor and ClientContract management for all servicesEnsure the site is fully compliant in all areas (H&S)Relationship management with key external partnersMaximise Marketing & Commercialisation Opportunities This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to take the next step within their career. Candidates will hold proven operational management experience within retail, leisure or the hospitality sector. Candidates who are looking for part time (3-4 days pw) and hold proven Centre Management experience will also be considered.
