I am looking for TAs/LSAs to work in SEN schools in the Bedford area. About the role and environment: I have schools that need SEN TAs throughtout the Bedford area. I am looking for driven, proactive, resilient and flexible SEN Teaching Assistants to start working with our clients immediately. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with MLD, SLD, PMLD and additional type of SEN and be comfortable with Personal Care, but this is not essential and applicants with less experience and the right personality will be considered. The school is a lovely place to work, and they believe a happy working environment with a supportive team is key to performance. The school has a large teaching staff, dedicated to their pupils an welcoming to new additions to the team. You will work under exceptional SEN teachers, with a team of SEN TAs/LSAs to support you in your development.
