The successful candidates will; * Be available and ready to accept bookings in the mornings* Support the teacher to deliver activities effectively in the classroom* Have relevant teaching assistant qualifications* Treat every assignment as if it is a permanent role, injecting a sense of purpose into the classroom and helping the school to the best of your ability* Develop professional relationships with pupils and staff* Ensure effective classroom management in line with the schools behaviour policy* Support children with mixed ability* Ideally have experience with working with SEN children We are proud to support a diverse portfolio of schools and academies within the Cheshire West area.
