Alpine is an exciting luxury sports brand with a rich history intertwined with Renault. After a hiatus of 22 years Renault has brought this iconic marque back with the all-new Alpine A110 - a rear mid-engine, rear wheel drive sports car! You will be representing and marketing the brand to the general public and showcasing the A110 and future models to customers. The role involves collecting initial deposits, upselling branded accessories, finance & insurance, warranties, service plans and care products with the objective of meeting or exceeding manufacturer targets. You will be cultivating leads, generating and setting appointments with serious customers, carrying out safe and secure test drives along prescribed routes, following up on customer appointments and completing deals. Following a sale, you will be required to keep customers informed of the progress of their order and delivery progress. Post-purchase, you will also act as the customer's link to our Specialist Service Team for all elements of Aftersales care. On a regular basis contributing to the Group's/dealership's Alpine Social Media channels and fan forums to help drive interest. Furthermore you will be our regular representative at local promotions and marketing events arranged in-house, by the manufacturer and by national owner clubs and high performance vehicle forums. Candidates must have current experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer together with an understanding of Social Media management. A full UK driving licence is also essential. Naturally you must be spot-on with your personal presentation, dedicated to providing customers with the best service and have utmost determination to succeed. Working hours 4 weekdays + Saturday and alternating Sundays8:30am to 6:00pm weekdaysSaturdays 9am to 6pm and Sundays 10am to 4pmOccasional late rota on weekdays with a 7pm finish.One regular weekday off per week In return we offer a competitive salary, OTE uncapped, a company car from day one, and a tax-efficient car after just one month's service.
