The service is located closely to the A4050, very local to the local town centre, alongside eye capturing views of the sea front; the home offers an exceptional pay rate for Staff Nurses and retains staff; with a long standing nurse home manager overseeing the day to day operation of the home. The facility accommodates for 65 residents split between 3 individual units for people who require specialist nursing, palliative care and residential care. You will gain skills working for the facility as it offers care for those with brain/spinal injuries; the regularly use clinical skills such as:"Tracheostomy care"Peg feeding"Cannulation"Wound care"Venepuncture"Catheterisation"NG feeding The latest CSSIW report makes some very positive comments about the excellent care that is being delivered to an extremely high standard.You will work with a highly trained team of nurses and carers with onsite clinical trainers who can offer you support alongside your Unit Manager, Deputy Manager oversaw by a skilled, reputable home manager. You will be supported with excellent staffing levels with 2 additional nurses on shift and 5 care staff.
