Our dynamic care provider, having recently acquired the above medium sized Care Home, is seeking experienced Staff Nurses (RGN/RMN)for nights shifts and/or days shifts. Staff Nurses, we'll look to you to make sure that each and every service user physical, psychological and social needs are met and that they get the very most they possibly can form life every day. Like the provider, you pride yourself both on the highest clinical standards and on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing whether you're making sure a new resident is settling in, developing a person centred care plan that takes care of both, body and mind, providing medication safely, keeping accurate records and carrying out varied clinical tasks as a Registered Nurse. You will also be the leader of a multi – disciplinary shift team, supporting and mentoring the care staff. As a Staff Nurse, you'll need to have current NMC PIN Registration.
