This care facility is a 23 bedded locked Rehabilitation Unit for men and Women over the age of 18, experiencing severe and complex mental health problems.My client is looking for a Staff Nurse that has experience in working within a mental health facility. Experience within a locked/secure environment is desirable but not essential. As a Staff Nurse you will be committed to the recovery approach and highly motivated with effective leadership skills. You will play an integral role in championing mental health rehabilitation. You will utilize your experience to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the people we support.The service has excellent staffing levels: 1 Staff Nurse and 4 support workers in the day, 1 Staff Nurse and 2 support workers in night.
