We are looking for sales driven, entrepreneurial managers to drive sales growth and inspire a team of part time and full-time staff to achieve results. As a Store Manager/ Branch Manager you will need experience in: - Retail, Trade Counter or Builders Merchant management - B2B or B2C proven sales experience - Proven people management and coaching skills - Developing sales, relationships with customers and driving community spirit As a Store Manager/ Branch Manager you will be responsible for striving to improve the store performance through reviewing sales/ KPI results, identifying areas for development in the sale of key lines, manage and motivate your team and deliver customer excellence.
