Apply now About the role Interserve Healthcare is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team of Support Workers in Leicester Centre and surrounding areas.Join our team and make a real difference delivering care and support to the vulnerable adults in the community, some previous care experience is required, refresher training and on going support will be provided. You will be providing personal care and you will be expected to help customers with a number of tasks, such as getting into and out of bed, washing, bathing and dressing, or, where necessary, providing continence support. Following skills & experience required: As a member of our care team you must have the following attributes: • Ensure all care is delivered to a high standard, and documented within the individual's care plan. • Be of kind, caring and compassionate nature• Patience and good at listening• Be willing to support with personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, social inclusion, shopping and light household duties.• Support individuals in their own home, with their care requirements & promoting independence• Provide companionship.
