The geography teachers in the team are collaborative, share best practice and supportive leading to rapid improvement in results, forecast currently 70% 9-4, 45% 9-5. This vibrant department have built on recent success at GCSE to shape the department in to an exciting and popular subject. As an important Ebacc subject the school are offering recruitment and retention packages for the right candidate. The school are looking for a Geography Teacher to join a successful team, the successful candidate will be passionate about Geography and have a proven track record at GCSE. An ability to teach A' Level would be welcomed but is not essential. NQTs are welcome to apply.
