We are building an education community that we are incredibly proud of and are looking to find high quality Teachers to join our team.This MFL Teacher position will teach a variable timetable of both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 class groups. The successful candidate will be required to teach French and Spanish up to Key Stage 4 and ensure good progress by planning lessons that utilise a range of resources, engage and challenge students. Opportunities for students to develop as independent learners who take responsibility for their own progress should be planned into lessons and the MFL department in the school enjoy sharing good practise and ways to do this. Strong behaviour management is of high importance for this position. This Ofsted 'Requires Improvement' school caters for around 850 students and they encourage all learners to succeed through the provision of a high quality education. The school has extremely high expectations of students, from impeccable appearance to polite and courteous behaviour.
