The school is a co-educational comprehensive school for students aged 11 - 16. Its modern and well-equipped school buildings are situated in spacious grounds with extensive sports facilities. The Maths department is committed to developing students who are enthusiastic, excited and engaged. The department work together to ensure that they provide a rich curriculum which challenges students to develop their knowledge and skills. All team members report to the Mathematics Subject Leader. The role will suit an experienced teacher or a recently qualified teacher looking to embark on their NQT year. You will be expected to teach Maths at both KS3 and KS4.
