An exciting opportunity has come available for someone passionate about teaching and learning to lead the ongoing professional development of our Music, PE, MFL, Drama, and Art teachers. You will need to embed lasting relationships with schools, whilst building upon their wider curriculum to ensure pupils receive an excellent and well-rounded education. This role will see you working directly with our school partners in their school settings, where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of teaching and learning is delivered to high standards whilst developing the relationships for approximately 40 primary schools and their school leaders across East London and surrounding areas. You will spend approximately 80% of your time in schools and 20% of your time in the J and C Education head office, which is located in Park Royal, North West London, with access to the Central and Piccadilly lines. The successful Teaching and Learning Leader will be experienced in professionally developing teachers, skilled at building excellent relationships and adding value to our schools; whilst also being dynamic, adaptable and committed to pupil and school progress. This role would suit a current QTS qualified teacher, phase leader or someone with a strong educational background who thrives on developing positive relationships whilst raising standards.
