An organised, flexible and dedicated approach is an essential requirement for this role.Job Title: Automotive Team LeaderContract: Permanent Location: ThameSalary: £24,000 - £25,000 Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pmThe purpose of this role: Is to deliver and exceed targets through coaching, developing and motivating all individuals within your team.Duties and Responsibilities:*Leadership and Management of a team of Account Executives*Ensuring that all team targets are being met in a timely manner*Working closely with the Client Service Managers to meet client expectations*Develop a sound knowledge of the products and services*Provide an excellent customer service experience at all times*Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and clientsCandidate Specification:*Have experience of working in a customer focused environment*A proven track record of leading and managing of people*An interest in or understanding of the Automotive Fleet market is desirable*Have experience of implanting coaching and developing strategies*Ability to demonstrate achievement of SLA adherence *Able to confidently converse with internal and external clients*Good communication, planning and organisation skills*Have excellent attention to detail Please note: Only candidates with the relevant skills and experience will be contacted regarding this position.
