Have you previously been an engineer in any of the above fields and would like to gain experience in a technical support helpdesk agent position? Our global client, with offices in north Cardiff are looking to fill a new post within their international contact centre, which will see you supporting the customer service advisors, providing a technical support function for complex customer queries.
