Apply now My client is seeking an exceptional salesperson for their stunning Oxford showroom. This is a targeted sales role which involves qualifying sales leads right through to kitchen design and delivery, all the while consulting and advising clients towards the best possible solution to fit their needs. Please note - you do not need a kitchen design background (they will train you) but you require a proven track record in sales/client management and great personality! They hand build bespoke kitchens which are customised & personalised to their clients' exact requirements - this is a top end product! You must have an exceptional, vibrant & highly engaging personality, as well proven sales experience. They will train on the kitchen design side so long as you show come creative instinct & willingness to learn. They offer world class training in all aspects of the role which will equip you with everything you will need. This is a highly polished environment so they need someone who reflects that - nicely spoken, well presented and used to dealing with high end clients. Although sales & meeting targets are a priority, you will also get involved in managing projects along the way and have an opportunity to use a variety of skills, as well as earn excellent commission (the commission scheme is excellent) so a £55K+ OTE in year 2 is realistic. (It takes time to build your clientbase so hence the year 2 OTE). First year you should be at c.£35K OTE. Basic salary will pay £24K. The showroom is open on Saturdays. You'll work 5 days & c.40 hours, although some flexibility is expected at times. A driving license is highly desirable for home appointments - if you do not have one now, you should be in the process of learning.
