Apply now This is a great opportunity to work as Gallery Sales Manager based in this fresh, modern, contemporary Chichester Gallery. This is a commercial gallery selling beautiful contemporary art from a few hundred to tens of thousands of pounds! The art work is gorgeous, and covers a range of styles and caters for all budgets. Your role is a combination of Sales and Gallery Management. The sales process is professional and consultative - you will lead your small team by achieving your own sales targets, and helping them to achieve theirs. Setting high standards of customer service and client management, you and your team will react to the footfall; proactively use and add to the Gallery's client database; network for new clients; hold events and promotions. artists. You will ideally have target driven sales experience coupled with a warm, outgoing and vibrant personality. A general interest in Art is helpful, but you certainly don't need to be an expert. Weekend flexibility is important but it is a 5 day week (you'll roughly do 3 out of 4 weekends/mth). Driving is key for home visits so you must drive. This is a fantastic company to work for with a small portfolio of galleries dotted around the South East.
