Apply now Job Title: Client Manager/Account Handler - Corporate & CommercialLocation: Southport OfficeJob Description:We would like to recruit a Client Manager/Account Handler to join our busy Corporate & Commercial team in Southport. You will be responsible for handling a defined book of clients across all classes of insurance including Liability, Motor, Property, Fleet, Professional Indemnity and Management Liabilities.Key Responsibilities include:Maintaining ownership of your allocation of clients, dealing with the clients insurance renewals and assisting with new business broking as required/setting up of new clients and policiesNegotiating with insurers effectively on behalf of your clientsWorking closely with our Account Executives and carrying out required broking activities including producing Renewal Reports and Risk RegistersBuilding, developing and maintaining close working relationships with clients ensuring a consistently high standard of service is providedTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skillsMethodical and accurate approach to work with strong attention to detailTo apply, it is preferable, that you have relevant client management experience, ideally gained within an insurance broking environment.
