We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering team based in Reading, Berkshire. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be working with current clients, whilst identifying and developing new business opportunities within your sector and area. The role: Establishing relationships with prospective new clientsQualifying and understanding the client briefSourcing high calibre candidatesExceeding client's expectationsEffectively presenting candidates to clients and prepping candidates to ensure that they are successful. The suitable candidate will be driven, money motived and ambitious with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role is perfect for sales people who are looking to move away from a hard sales environment in to a more consultative recruitment role.
