We are a well-established player in the automotive sector and you will be expected to build on this reputation and develop relationships. We are looking for a TRAINEERecruiter OR Recruitment Consultant to join our successful recruitment department. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their recruitment skills, determination and strong telephone skills. You will receive on-going support and development, as well as a clearly defined path for career progression. Following increased business demands we require an ambitious and dynamic Recruiter.The successful candidate must have previous experience within an automotive or a technical recruitment.You will be proactive with excellent planning and motivational skills. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for all recruitment activitiesCreating job advertsSourcing candidatesArranging interviewsCompletion of appropriate paperworkTracking candidate and vacancy requirement progressPrimary contact for specified Client & In-house recruitment activities.Permanent Recruitment activitiesContract Recruitment activitiesLiaison with Clients and Contechs Senior Management Team.Rate negotiation with candidates to achieve preferable margins for Contechs.Interface with candidates/clients off site, as required.Responsible for the update of information on the recruitment database. Education: Ideally degree level Skills and Qualifications: Recruitment Experience preferably within a technical arenaExcellent communication skills.Formal Recruitment training preferable.PC literate - (Ms Office - Word, Internet Outlook). Full valid UK driving licence Salary dependant on experience.
