You will be expected to have a good telephone manner and be personable as well as be able to think on your feet and be a fast learner. You will be sourcing candidates through networking and cold calling for long-term and short-term roles. You will be working towards becoming a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, meeting and building relationships with both candidates and clients.
