Apply now Exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Training professional to join an established financial services organisation in the Kent area. You will ideally have worked in the financial services industry and delivered training to a wide range of personnel. Duties - To create and develop bespoke training schemes within the busy insurance claims operation - To evaluate training needs within the organisation and liaise with the Senior Management Team - To identify, co-ordinate, design and deliver soft skill training from team leader to senior management level Must have demonstrable experience of designing, delivering and follow up of training; experience of this gained within a customer focussed environment would be an advantage. Must be adaptable, approachable and have a passion for training and coaching others.
