The retail company who specialise in the Jewellery industry have been in business for over 30 years. Having gone through a period of growth the company are now looking for their next hire. They are looking for an individual who is a self- motivated, enthusiastic person who can work individually and shows great initiative. Main Duties: Design material and deliver training to clients across the UKTo liaise with the various clients and ensure they are fully trained on the systemsTest and configure systems prior to installationAnswer calls and resolve queries to the best of their abilityMoniter recurring issues with systemsBe prepared to travel across the country and deliver trainingWhen required, be prepared to train other team members. Key Skills and background skills Experience in training with either hardware or softwarePresentable and PersonableAbility to plan and deliver accurate training to both clients and colleaguesBe able to embrace changeA good eye to detailKnowledge of a centralised support desk system desired but not necessary In addition to all this you will receive a generous salary as well as your travel and accommodation paid for alongside a car allowance or company car
