Applicants must:Have 3+ years experience as VDA/Estimator/Central Engineer Have a valid UK Driving LicenseBe able to start immediately (serve notice immediately) As part of the Central Engineering/VDA Team, you will have the opportunity to further progress your career and skills in a supportive environment and contribute to the development of the business' overall VDA function. You will be reviewing assessments prior to the final submission, checking for accuracy of repair methodology, charge-outs, and justification. You will support and mentor VDA's across the group by providing guidance and feedback for continued development and improvement.
