Salary: Up to £32,760 Basic, OTE £40,000 Per AnnumTerm: Full Time, Permanent Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Vehicle Panel Beater for Prestige Specialist Automotive Accident Repair Centre - Bridgend Our client, a Prestige Specialist Automotive Vehicle Accident Repair Centre in the Bridgend region that are now under a new management team, are expanding and are currently looking to hire an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater for their busy workshop! Can you combine efficiency, speed and high quality workmanship? As an Automotive Panel Beater you will be required to efficiently repair vehicles checking on completion ensuring there are no defects as well as quality controlling and providing support for other Panel Beater and Apprentices. Our Client has a constant flow of vehicles going through the workshop so the ideal candidate for the job must be able to work to targets with the large amount of work coming through the workshop, but most important be able to produce a high quality of workmanship given you will be predominantly be working on a more expensive range of vehicles. You will need to have served either a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification or be time served in your experience if not formally qualified. You must have previous experience of working as a Panel Beater in a busy and professional workshop and be a strong team player. You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques. Panel Beaters with any experience working on prestige vehicles or to manufacturer approved standards would be highly advantageous however it is non-essential. PACKAGE DETAILS: For your hard work our client is offering… * Starting basic salary up to £12-14 per hour pending experience and current earnings. * Generous incentivised bonus structure creating an on-target earning of £38-40,000 per annum.* Overtime subject to availability paid at standard rate.* 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.* Workplace pension scheme.* Full in-house and manufacturer approved training provided. * State-of-the-art workshop environment with a new management team in place. You are required to work Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm with a half hour lunch. Occasional Saturdays are not mandatory at present however they might be required in the future subject to business demand so you will need to have a flexible approach to this.
