As a Vehicle Product Genius you will be meeting and greeting the Car Dealership's visitors to inspire and excite them about a range of vehicles. In person, you will be delivering guidance and comprehensive product information, Vehicle Presentations and test drives using the latest digital technologies before handing customers over to a member of the Car Sales Team to complete purchase transactions. You will even have the capacity to provide prospective digital enquirers with personalised virtual car walk-arounds delivered by video emails! Post-sale, you be carrying out Vehicle Handovers and follow-up courtesy calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction.You will be a passionate Ambassador for our brands and our dealership, reflecting the correct corporate image and standards at all times. As well as building a warm rapport with all guests, deploying straightforward non-technical terms when necessary, your role will be to provide them with a transparent and enjoyable Guest Experience that is second to none! You must hold a full and clean UK Driver's licence, held for at least one year, to be considered for this role.
