Our client a prestige main dealer in the Warrington area is currently looking to hire a customer focused and approachable Vehicle Service Advisor for their expanding operation. This is a perfect opportunity to cement yourself within the Automotive industry to work for one of the worlds leading prestige brands. As an employee you will be meeting and greeting customers to the highest standards, interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Technicians ensuring the query is resolved in a timely and seamless manner. You will be responsible for advising your customer of any additional work that is required and will be targeted to achieve sales targets in this regard. The ideal candidate will be a confident and polite communicator, hold themselves in a professional manner and posses outstanding organisational skills with the ability to gather and relay information in a way the customer will understand. You will ideally live within the Warrington area or be able to travel to the Warrington area and have a working experience of Kerridge / ADP Auto-Line or equivalent main dealer systems. Our Client offers a competitive salary package with the opportunity for bonus. Candidates will ideally have experience working in a similar role in a Prestige Main Dealer.
