You will handle the full range of private client matters; including wills, probate, powers of attorney and court of protection work. Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals with the required experience in wills/probate should apply. Candidates seeking part time hours will also be considered. You will need: A minimum of 3 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of private client matters,Must be familiar with handling wills, probate, powers of attorney and court of protection matters from initial instruction to completion,Excellent client care skills and good IT skills.
