Apply now We are recruiting for a Window Service Engineer in Witham! Responsibilities- Visit the customer's properties or site, as and when required, to carry out a full inspection of all products for non-conformities and identify whether manufacturing and/or installation faults. Cleanliness and care is needed of our Customers (and their homes) to ensure they have a good experience and are left feeling happy. Provide briefing updates of visits to Quality Control Supervisor and Customer Services (as appropriate) on return to office or via telephone. Visit customer's properties or site, as and when required, to rectify or replace any agreed works, including identified manufacturing faults, or defective materials. Re-installation of Bygone sash windows resulting from a customer complaint about a BPI. Window Fabricating duties, in accordance with the competence matrix, as directed by the Technical Director during any non-engineer day. Employees are further required to observe the organisations Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Procedures, and in this respect must conform to H&S best practice guidelines identified in their area of responsibility/workplace. Employees are individually required to honour the organisations Environmental best practices and maintain & upkeep cleanliness in their area of work or around equipment they use. All employees must remember that they are representing this organisation whenever their role requires customer liaison. Confidentiality with regard to client information is essential at all times.
