This is an improving school that was last inspected in June 2016 when they were deemed to be 'a good school with outstanding features'. Attainment at this school has been a huge area of focus since the new leadership team and head joined in 2015. Culturally this school is highly mixed and EAL numbers amount for almost 80% of each class. This has created its challenges and has meant that the school has had to work hard to bridge the gap between attainment and expected levels of attainment.
